Buying Cakes at the Beach in European Portuguese

Here’s a quick video of me buying cakes at the beach. It’s full of simple European Portuguese dialog you can use on day to day conversation.

While at Costa da Caparica, a few weeks ago, recording some new (confidential-for-now) stuff for Portuguese With Carla, we spotted a woman selling Bolas de Berlim, custard-filled do-noughts, and couldn’t resist getting a couple.

On the spur of the moment, we decided to record it and use it as a teaching tool for those learning vernacular European Portuguese.

So, here it is!
