Ovos Moles! “Flabby eggs” (probably not the best translation, but I’m sticking with it, just cause it sounds weird) is one of the many many examples of excellent “doces” that Portugal has to offer.
We were in Aveiro just a few weeks ago, a city rich in patisserie culture, and decided to visit one of the go to places for the sweet toothed among us. Espero que gostem!
